Building a Highway to Higher Ed: How Collaborative Efforts are Changing Education in America - This report documents how the nation's largest city has built better pathways between secondary and postsecondary schools in just a short period of time. Key findings show that nationally nearly one-third of students arrive unprepared for college, and over 50% of those who enter college never earn a degree.
