Financing Higher Education in the New Century: The Third Annual Report from the States - This is the third edition of an annual report produced by the State Higher Education Executive Officers (SHEEO) in cooperation with MGT of America. The report summarizes major financing trends in higher education in the 50 states, drawing upon several national data sources, including the Grapevine project at Illinois State University, the American Association of State Budget Officers and The College Board.
