Document Number: 4512 KIDS COUNT - This project of the Annie E. Casey Foundation is a national and state-by-state effort to track the status of children. The CLIKS Web site brings together data on the well-being of children collected by KIDS COUNT grantees from state and local sources. The site allows users to access state-specific data from local sources such as health departments, human service agencies and schools. Users can generate a variety of maps and graphs, and can produce rankings of regions within each state based on performance on a particular indicator (including health and education statistics). KIDS COUNT also operates a Census Data Online Web site allowing users to manipulate nationwide and state-by-state data from the U.S. Census....Related Issues Demographics |
