Are Schools Facing a Shortage of Qualified Administrators? - The present document suggests that the current cries of a national shortage of school administrators are unfounded. Nonetheless, the researchers identify concerns, such as the potentially high principal retirement rate in the coming years, which should be addressed to ensure a pool of quality administrators in the future.
