Educating Children and Youth in Homeless Situations McKinney-Vento 2001: Law Into Practice Issue Briefs - These two- to four-page briefs offer the basics on staying in compliance with the McKinney-Vento act as reauthorized in the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001.
