Student Discipline: Individuals With Disabilities Education Act - This report examines the impact of serious student misconduct on schools, whether the impact is attributable to special education or regular education students, any differences in discipline between the two groups and what role the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) plays in schools’ ability to properly discipline students with disabilities.
