SETDA's Technical Assistance Partnership Program (TAPP) - In October, 2003, the U.S. Department of Education awarded $15 million in evaluation grants to conduct scientifically-based evaluations of how technology impacts student achievement in elementary and secondary education. This site reflects the work of nine of the ten states that are grantees.
