Document Number: 5701 Afterschool.org - A project of the Academy for Educational Development, this program works to identify and disseminate information on effective afterschool programs around the nation. Programs deal with one or more of the seven components of afterschool programs: (1) community and family involvement; (2) programming; (3) management and administration; (4) staffing and training; (5) financing; (6)research, evaluation and knowledge base; and (7)policy and advocacy.
