Document Number: 5772 Geography Education National Implementation Project - GENIP is a consortium of geographic associations committed to improving the status and quality of geography education in the United States. A clearinghouse that coordinates the geography education initiatives of its member associations, GENIP’s mission is outreach on behalf of geography to educators and policymakers across the United States. GENIP is active in providing expertise and leadership in the development of policies related to geography education.
