Document Number: 6231 Private School Teacher Turnover and Teacher Perceptions of School Organizational Characteristics - This issue brief examines teacher turnover in private schools as a whole, and in three categories: (1) Catholic; (2) other religious; and (3) nonsectarian. The brief also discusses the perceptions of private school teachers in five areas: (1) administrative support; (2) salary; (3) students discipline; (4) teacher input in classroom decisions; and (5) teacher input in school decisions.
