Unfulfilled Promise: The Dimensions and Characteristics of Philadelphia's Dropout Crisis, 2000-2005 - Using a unique set of data obtained from the Kids Integrated Data System, this report addresses three central sets of questions: (1) How many students in 6th-12th grades drop out of Philadelphia’s public schools in a single year and what are the key characteristics of these students?
