School Foods Report Card 2007 - Over the last decade, states have been strengthening their school nutrition policies. However, no state received an A grade in the most recent evaluation, though two states (Kentucky and Oregon) received an A minus. Fifteen states received a B grade, while 14 states received Cs or Ds and 20 states received Fs. Only 11 states have comprehensive school food and beverage nutrition standard, according to this report. (Center for Science in the Public Interest, 2007)...
