Document Number: 8035 Leveraging Higher Education for a Stronger South Carolina - The South Carolina Higher Education Study Committee identified four primary goals for higher education: Making the state one of the most educated states; increasing the state's research and innovation; increasing workforce training and educational services in the state; and, realizing the state's potential--resources and effectiveness.
