Document Number: 8180 State Higher Education Finance FY 2009 - This State Higher Education Finance (SHEF) report provides a review of state and local support, tuition revenue, and enrollment trends for the most recent fiscal year. All the leading indicators, however, indicate that fiscal year 2008 is the last year of a short recovery. As a result, it is important to consider the upward trends in this report within the current economic context in the United States.
