Document Number: 8557 Vision Project: A Public Agenda for Higher Education in Massachusetts - The goal of the Vision Project is to show that public higher education can act in a unified and focused way to ensure the future well-being of the state and that the higher education officials in the state are ready to hold themselves accountable for results to the people. This will be pursued in three ways: (1) Highlighting the work of the campuses on a limited number of educational and research outcomes; (2) An annual reporting of Massachusetts standing among the 50 states; and (3) Organizing work to ensure a targeted and sustained effort.
