Leadership Matters 2010 - The 2010 edition of Leadership Matters is only available as an electronic version, allowing great interactive features. In spite of widespread fiscal distress in the states, the Fiscal Year 2011 budget proposals from the nation's governors and the mayor of the District of Columbia keep overall state funding for pre-kindergarten near the previous year's levels.
