50-State Inventory of Assessment Programs Developed to Comply with NCLB - CEEP compiled information on the assessment systems used by each state based on Web-site information, third-party information and direct contact with the state agencies. The first table is a listing of standardized assessments used by each state to meet NCLB compliance. The second table includes assessments administered by the state but not used to calculate yearly progress. The third table is a listing of the name of the alternate assessment each state used to provide for students with cognitive disabilities.
