Improving the Lives of Young Children: Opportunities for Care Coordination and Case Management for Children Receiving Services for Developmental Delay - The diagnosis and treatment of young children with developmental delays often require communication and coordination between health and early care and education (ECE) providers. This brief from the Urban Institute explores ways in which state policies for Medicaid and Children�s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) can increase such coordination and the role that ECE providers can play in leveraging these health policies to more effectively support this population.
