The Child Care Transition: A League Table of Early Childhood Education and Care in Economically Advanced Countries - This report compared 25 OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) nations' policies that support the welfare of the youngest children. Of the ten policies examined, the United States has three in place, whereas almost all of the other OECD countries have more policies in place.
