Syracuse University Project Advance - Project Advance was created on the Syracuse University campus in 1972 and has grown to be one of the largest and oldest concurrent enrollment programs in the nation. Its mission is to offer qualified high school students the opportunity to enroll in Syracuse University’s introductory courses. The program currently enrolls 3,800 students a year in 120 selected high schools and has served as a model for similar programs at Indiana University, University of North Carolina/Greensboro, University of Pittsburgh and University of Wisconsin.
