Is it working? Does it produce candidates who are successful leaders?
Is it preventing good candidates from entering the system?
Does the licensure system ensure that candidates acquire the skills needed to raise student achievement for all children?
Does the licensure and certification system adequately measure the knowledge and skills of school and district candidates?
Should there be an alternative certification system?
