Lottery Profits Decline; Options Available to Enhance Transfers to Education - Lottery transfers to the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund in Florida declined by $41 million in fiscal year 2009-10 due to a variety of economic and demographic factors and are projected to further decline by $106 million in 2010-11.
