Executive Committee

The Executive Committee provides strategic direction and oversight for the management, operations and financial policies of the Commission.  The President is hired by and serves at the pleasure of the Executive Committee.  Specific powers and responsibilities of the Executive Committee include reviewing the ECS annual audit, ECS annual report and President’s proposed budget before forwarding each on to the Steering Committee for final approval.

The Executive Committee is composed of the Chair, the Immediate Past Chair, the Chair-Elect, the Vice Chair, the Treasurer and not more than five additionalmembers of the Steering Committee who are broadly representative of the Commission and who are appointed by the Chair.
