Heidi Normandin serves as the staff liaison to ECS officers and governance committees, works closely with Karen Kepler and other ECS staff to plan and coordinate the biannual steering committee meetings and the annual National Forum, and works with the ECS President and Chief of Staff on governance matters. Before joining ECS, Normandin worked at the UW-Madison Policy Institute for Family Impact Seminars, where she coordinated nonpartisan seminars for Wisconsin legislators and other policymakers on family issues. She has experience in program evaluation, public policy analysis, researching the information needs of state legislators, and meeting coordination. She earned her Master's degree from the UW-Madison La Follette School of Public Affairs.
