ECS Leadership Policy Database

This database contains information about statewide K-12 leadership policies in the 50 states. Five specific leadership policy areas are listed below, and each contains a link to a 50-state scan of the policies for that issue.

Users may access the data in two ways: by state and by subject. To get information for one or multiple states, click on the State Comparisons button and then select the states you would like to compare. You will receive a report of information across the five policy areas in the selected states. To access information by subject matter, click on one of the five policy areas listed under the 50-State Report heading. You will receive a report of information on that policy area in each of the 50 states.
