 | Colin Kippen Executive director, Native Hawaiian Education Council Colin Kippen is the executive director for the Native Hawaiian Education Council, and holds an appointment from the secretary of the Department of Interior as a member of the Review Committee of the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act. He is an advocate for Native people generally and for Native Hawaiians specifically.
