 | Kristie Kauerz Program Director, Harvard Graduate School of Education, Massachusetts Kristie Kauerz is program director for PreK-3rd Education at Harvard Graduate School of Education. Kristie specializes in early care and education, and elementary school reform, with particular interest in state-level policy. Kristie's experience spans government, the nonprofit sector and academia. She has worked for both Colorado Governor Bill Ritter, Jr.'s and former Colorado Governor Roy Romer; served as program director for early learning at Education Commission of the States; and conducted research at Teachers College and the University of Colorado-Denver).
