  • "It is the single most useful electronic media service I get."
  • "I work for someone who founded an education research nonprofit and we often make presentations to public forums about the current state of public education. I use stories highlighted in e-Clips to persuade those in the audience to act on behalf of their public schools. Thank you!"

ECS e-Connection
Comments from our subscribers:

  • "I ALWAYS read it, because it generally only takes a few minutes to read, and I feel like I have a sense of what is going on that is important. Also, I like to be able to spend more time on certain documents through links you provide. The system is really well-designed."
  • "As a librarian, I forward the e-Connection report to numerous people within the Department of Children, Families and Learning. I also order many of the publications identified in the report, whether from ECS or various websites which were listed."
  • "As a reporter, it helps to have a summary of what other states are doing compared to my state. Those tidbits are great adds to nationalize stories."
  • "I am a legislative consultant. Information about what other states are doing is relevant to what our legislature does. The reports you mention and the Internet links are helpful."
  • "I am a research assistant for a state legislator. Because many are struggling with the same issues, it is helpful to know how other legislatures are responding."
  • "I think this is the very best source of ongoing information about factors affecting current and future education policy. The reported information is well-selected and clearly communicated. You make it easy to overview and focus in on issues of importance to education. Keep doing what you are doing!"
