As a State Relations Strategist, Annie engages with Commissioners and education leaders to support their policy goals. Prior to joining Education Commission of the States, Annie was nonpartisan committee staff in Vermont’s General Assembly, and she enjoyed working in the Vermont Agency of Education in between legislative sessions. Annie also has a passion for youth mentorship and civic engagement.
