A staff member at a governor’s office asked for information about the amount of ESSA funds reserved for use by State Education Agencies corresponding to each title of the law, as well as specific requirements and allowances of the law. Our response included an overview of ESSA State Set-Asides by Title, including legislative language, as well as additional resources.
