In her role as a principal consultant, Jennifer provides nonpartisan research and analysis on a diverse set of state-level education issues, spanning early learning through postsecondary and the workforce. Prior to joining Education Commission of the States, Jennifer worked for 13 years at the Colorado General Assembly — first as an editor and then as a committee and research staffer.
