Plans have been approved for the use of Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief funds in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico since the passage of the American Rescue Plan more than a year ago. States are deploying their share of the resources in unique ways, including ramping up high-impact tutoring and expanding social and emotional learning support.
